There are two ways to access support from Visibly Better.
1) Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Visit http://visiblybetter.zendesk.com , click on the "submit a request" link and fill in the form
In either case a new ticket will be created which can be seen in the support desk.
The first time you use the support desk you will be sent an email so you can sign in and see the history and status of all your tickets.
If you have forgotten your password, no problem, just click the "forgotten password link" and we'll email it to you.
It is always helpful to start a new ticket for each issue you have so we can deal with each one individually and be clear about which issues have been resolved and which we still need to work on.
