How can I get my support tickets dealt with faster?

The slowest part of resolving tickets is usually gathering information about what is wrong, and finding out what you are seeing. Here are ways you can help us to help you;

1) Let us know what browser, operating system and other technology you are using.

2) Show us what the problem is.
Install Jing and give us screengrabs with notes, or even record video of what you are doing

3) Tell us what you were expecting to see.
Design "issues" can sometimes be subjective so let us know what it is you were expecting to see. Don't say "this is wrong", try to tell us what "right" looks like.
